Saigon-Bangkok in Quebec City

I find the menu to be pretty generic Asian as opposed to Vietnamese and Thai specialty like the name suggested. The food are decent although they tasted like Chinese food to me. The spices aren't flavorful enough for my tastebuds.

Nice Food.

I was hungry after a long day of walking. Since this restaurant was near my hotel, I decided to stop by. I don't know about the service since I ordered take out but, the waitress was very helpful and friendly. The food was okay. The chicken soup was too salty for my taste and the general tao with rice and vegetables was fine, but the chicken was already soggy by the time I came back to my hotel (only a minute away). However, it was very flavorful and was a pretty big portion for one to eat.

Fantastic food! Good price, you can bring your own wine. Not too turistic. Best option quality x price.

This is a wonderful little mom and pop restaurant. Excellent value, especially if you are coming from the States. The Thai soup and spring rolls are above average!

Looking for Pho in Quebec City and based on the photos our group selected this spot. Was disappointed in their "Vietnamese style Beef soup". Tasted like powdered beef stock with a vegetable medley and overcooked flank. I would not recommend this spot for food quality based on my experience. I did see many folks enjoying a set menu and bringing in bottles of wine though.

The food was excellent! Amazing flavours and great portion sizes. The two main waiters don't understand French or English well so asking questions about the menu can be tricky, but other servers came to help and explained.

Delicious food with really affordable prices. A secret gem for sure. Will come back definitely!

Had to order takeout on Christmas Day as everything was closed. Place was packed, guess for the same reason. Food was bearable at best. Salmon with Ginger had no ginger flavor. Thai chicken with rice was sweet for some reason. The crispy noodles with shrimps was good, but that’s it! Not worth the $65 bill.

Good service, special dishes

not real Thailand and Vietnamese food, has customized to western flavour; not enough servers, everyone looks super busy and impatient. Eventhough I know the average rate of tip might be higher than any other places in Canada, they do not need to remind me how much tips I should pay, will definitely not go again

We decided to check this place out based on reviews. While the menu options were listed in both English and French no one seemed to speak any English past a few words. However, the host did manage to say where we could buy beer (it's BYOB apparently) and the waitress understood "fried noodles chicken." The portions were large, vegys were fresh and it was delicious. Even better it was fast! Apparently dessert and maybe soup are included too but we didn't know or want it so I think that's why they adjusted the price. Highly recommended 😊

Can't believe this place is rated over 4 stars. Flavourless, generic food. People in the area must not have very many options but this is not thai food.

Great food. Great prices. Great Service. Foods are reasonably priced. Severs speak English. Very good portions. In a city like Quebec where restaurants are overpriced and portions are too small, this could be a great option. They even have free parking at the back.

Very bad experience ever had! We order two person meal, including beef, chicken , pork and seafood, only beef is curry sauce, the other three sauce and side dishes are totally the same!!! And the taste is weird, not Asian food at all. The cashier is rude to us, as the food were not very present, we decided only give 3 dollars for tips, but she said" Are you sure only give 3 dollars? Do you know what I mean? do you know the price is not included service charge? 3 dollars is very cheap.” I can believe what I heard! Will you ever say such a things to customers!? So damn rude!

Really low quality for immodest prices. Tom yum soup devoid of all expected flavours, salmon from frozen and gelatinous chicken with flavourless sauces that must be half syrup. For shame.

You know when a restaurant is good when it’s always busy! After walking by twice with a full house, we decided to go here for dinner. Part of their menu is à la cart, however, you have a full page of entrées that comes with soup and a beef roll. I ordered a vegetarian noodle dish. It was a large portion with thin noodles and an assortment of vegetables. The coconut curry soup I chose was amazing and spicy. They allowed me to order a salad instead of the beef roll. The menu is in both French and English and the staff were very welcoming offered great service.

The most delicious Vietnamese soup me and my mum had in a while! It took less than 5 minutes after we've made the order, although it seemed to be quite busy. We would definitely recommend !

Server (young man) was attentive. Food was the best ever. (Had the #1 chefs special.). They start you with soup (tom yum), then a plate with fresh salad & 2 Thai egg rolls, then the main coarse, then coffee or tea and your choice of dessert. Everything was on time, and in order, even though the place was full. Prices good. Go there!

This is the best, bring your own wine, Vietnamese/Thai restaurant in Quebec city period. As a local, I've pretty much tried them all. This one boasts great service, excellent food and the prices are unbeatable.

One of the best asian restaurants we have been To. We ordered a set meal for 2. The portion was so generous and taste was excellent. The service was quick and polite even if they were very busy. This place beat our expectations. Plus you can bring your own wine. We really recommend This place. Hope they will keep up the standard.

This is not tai food, not vietanemess food, just scramble of some vegtable with any kind of meat. I dont understand how it gets 4 star. I am sorry, horrible food experience.

Taste is great, service is efficient, prices are reasonable. This place has been around for a long time. Plenty of vegetables and meat on the big soup.

Reasonable prices, good hours but as the locals are white as ghosts, authentic food is not possible.
